So today, we got to watch BOTH our teams...one winning and one losing...Thanks to the Cochrans for hosting the party for the BYU game and here is a new recipe for a yummy football watchin' snack we tried out tonight. GO BIG RED COUGS!! Whatever.:-)
Vanilla Chex Mix
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups corn Chex cereal
2 cups rice Chex cereal
2 cups wheat Chex cereal
2 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts
2 cups small pretzel twists
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 pkg. almond bark
Place chocolate chips in freezer to chill. Mix cereals, peanuts, pretzels, and marshmallows in a large bowl. Microwave candy coating in microwave for 1 minute. 30 seconds. Stir, breaking apart large chunks. Repeat until coating can be stirred smooth. Gently and quickly pour coating onto cereal mixture until evenly coated. Stir in chilled chocolate chips. Spread on waxed paper; cool completely. Break into chunks.

You haven't been gone that long...and your kids already look so much older!! What's going on?! :) They look precious! Anna's hair is getting so long! Thanks for sharing the snack recipe...I'll have to test it out soon. Oh, and it's so strange that you're sort of living my childhood...growing up in Nebraska and having parents that graduated from BYU...we did the same thing - cheered for the Huskers and Cougars!! :)

Mmmm...that recipe definitely isn't Body For Life, but it looks yummers!! I love the boys in their BYU gear!!
I had looked at this before, but came back to it because I can't believe what a cute little man Josh is!!! They are such adorable kids.
