The Itsy-Bitsy Spider, Illustrated

Just a quick post...I've been meaning to share this CUTE craft idea from Anna's preschool. You could really do it any time of the year, but since now is the best time to find spider rings, I thought I'd better share it now.

We all know the song "The Itsy-bitsy Spider", but how is this for a great idea?? Find or draw a picture of a house. Next, use an elbow straw for a "water spout", thread on a spider ring, and tape at the top and bottom of the straw so the spider stays on the straw, but can still move up and down as you sing.

Darling.
