When we move all the time in the military, drapes for our windows seem like a bit of a waste. Of time. Of money. Because inevitably, they don't fit the windows at your next house. Which leads to a box of unusable drapes. But I felt like our living area needed something extra. And I found a fabulous set of barn red raw silk drapes that look fantastic with the colors and mixed textures in my decor and I'm so glad that I splurged.

I love the drapes, Amber! They look wonderful. I love how they make the room look cozy... without making it look small. So talented..!
Well we all know I'm a red fan. They look great!
I think that they look lovely! I also love your old window. I have one and it needs a wreath on it after seeing yours! I also need some drapes---I haven't mastered learning how to do those yet.
Love them. I still need drapes all over my house - and we've been here over 2 years!
I like 'em! It's cozy and beautiful in there. I like those kind of curtain rods too. Who would have thought red could do all that!
I totally understand the drapes not fitting. I just pretend that they do and don't stress about it. We moved 5 times in 10 years. ARMY need I say more.
Very cute! And hopefully recycle-able. Love the color, too.
:~D
Amber, you have such a knack for creating beautiful things! Your home looks great.
I think they look great!
You have the best eye!!! Love the red.... Jen :>
I LOVE it! They are gorgeous in your living room! Where, oh where did you find these curtains, if you don't mind my asking?! :) I hope you have a wonderful weekend! :)
