Updates

After spending three of the last four years at our house, sadly the McIllece Family Bracketology Trophy began it's long journey over the Pacific Ocean today to its home for the coming year. But don't get too used to having it around, Dave. I'm just sayin'...

And a quick and not so good update on my sweet dad. They are home from the Mayo Clinic with news that the only option available is chemotherapy at this point and that he can receive that treatment at home in Alaska. I think he is grateful to be able to stay home. We are too. Thank you all for your sweet thought and prayers on behalf of our family. They are felt and appreciated.

i was wondering about who'd won the trophy this year... :-)

our prayers will be with your family--the treatment these days (chemo and such) is just so much better vs. when my dad was sick, i sure hope his health will improve quickly.

You're all in our prayers, every morning and night and mealtime.

Bummer about the trophy. This year was the craziest year for brackets. I had not picked Butler but in the end I was totally rooting for them...oh well.

I am behind on my quilt blocks but hope to catch up soon. I am working on another colorful quilt...almost done.

We are having your orange and thyme pork for dinner tonight.

Here's hoping you can win your trophey back next year!

I hope all goes well for your Dad! I know the stress and worry of cancer a little more then I would like to these days.. We will keep you in our prayers.

Your new picture of the kids is sooo cute! I think Kalei would love to have Anna as a friend since she is surrounded by boys.:)
