Salty Bones
1 tube of refrigerated breadstick dough
Coarse salt (or cinnamon sugar)
Unroll a tube of refrigerated breadstick dough and separate the rectangular pieces.
Working with one piece at a time, stretch the dough to lengthen it a bit and then use kitchen scissors or a knife to cut a 11/2-inch slit in the center of each end.
Roll or shape the resulting four flaps of dough into knobs that look like the ends of a bone. Place the dough bones on an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart, and sprinkle on a little coarse salt. Bake the bones at 375 degrees until they are light golden brown, about 12 minutes.

Those are so cute, Amber! I hope you're planning to take pictures at your party and share them here.
I love the simple! My kids would go nuts over those. Thanks for sharing.
So cute! Did you see the adorable mummy wrapped mini hot dogs that Jeni did? I followed a recipe for those in a little book from our commissary and mine looked like crazy messy mummies...not stinkin' adorable like hers or your cute bones!!! I think I might be able to master this one better though girl!!! ;) Happy TGIF day to you~ Les
These will HAVE to be a part of our Halloween dinner! Thanks for sharing the great idea!
Super cute my friend, and LOVE the sugary twist!

Hey - we had those for dinner on Thursday! My kids loved them.
Those are too cute!
Fabulous! I'm gonna make these with tomato (blood) soup. I think it will have a nice effect, don't you?
